56 years serving in Guatemala.
In Guatemala, Professor Guillermo Luna in 1964 started CRU with the aim of bringing the principles of the Christian faith to the universities of the country. Together with his wife, Olinda, he develops a fruitful ministry which has been succeeded by other National Directors who have served all these years.
The 60s were very troubled years for the young people of that time. Student Crusade for Christ emerged as an entity that could help university students respond to their existential conflicts. Over the years, its field of action has spread to professionals, athletes and teachers of all levels.
